Product Performance

• Power distribution box: The transmission gears have undergone forging processing and high-frequency quenching treatment, ensuring a relatively long service life
• Fixed blade: The fixed blade serves to guide the material and prevent it from being brought back after being crushed, as well as to clean the blade
• Fixed tool holder: It serves to fix the fixed tool, optimize the tool changing function, and make tool maintenance and replacement more convenient.

• Tool shaft: Made of high-strength material, it undergoes quenching and tempering followed by high-frequency treatment and then is milled into a hexagonal shape, which is in line with the force on the tool and is not afraid of damage.
• The feeding hopper and frame can be reasonably designed according to customer requirements.

Working Principle
