1. The main body of the crusher
The main body of the equipment is treated with steel plate welding for stress relief or overall machining to ensure the stability of the equipment under long-term heavy load.
2 Bearing/Seal
The bearing housing adopts a detachable and assembled type, which enables the quick removal of moving knives, fixed knives, bearings and other components, making maintenance and tool replacement easy. The unique sealing structure effectively prevents the contact between crushed materials and grease, and can also protect bearings and gears when handling liquid materials.
3 Moving knife/fixed knife
The moving tool material is made by forging a special alloy tool steel blank, through precise machining, multiple heat treatments and low-temperature cryogenic heat treatment technology. The overall toughness and hardness are consistent, allowing for repeated repair and reuse, ensuring excellent cutting performance and service life. The fixed tool adopts a hook-type installation, optimizing the tool changing function and making tool maintenance and replacement more convenient.
4. Knife shaft
It is processed and refined with high-strength heavy-duty special steel, and more reasonably cooperates with the cutting tools to provide powerful power for cutting.
